Rockwood Village

Rockwood Village is a mature community in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Our community is close to the 401 and 427 highways, with boundaries of Eglinton on the North, Burhamthorpe on the South, Dixie on the West and the Etobicoke Creek on the East. Rockwood Mall and Kingsbury Mall provide good local shopping. Square One is a few minutes away by car or by Mississauga Transit.

Many contend that our "Rockwood Village" neighbourhood is quite unique among Mississauga's varied local communities, which alone may offer ample reason for it's residents to organize as advocates for continuing it's betterment. After all, together with Fleetwood Village immediately south of "Rockwood Village", we are situated at the sole gateway to Mississauga for an over ten kilometer stretch along it's eastern boundary, from Lakeshore Boulevard on the south to the 401 highway on the north. We provide visitors entering our city with an initial positive impression of a well-kept, family-oriented neighbourhood. A perception further enhanced by our expansive green spaces and the adjacent Etobicoke Creek ravine. Bough Beecheds, Rathburn, Fieldgate, Ponytrail, Kingsbury Mall, Rockwood Mall, Garnetwood Park, Rockwood Glen Park, and Beechwood Park are all familiar names within our "Rockwood Village" community.
